SPECIAL NOTE (18th February, 2003): 
Some of you have expressed concern regarding a possible unstable political situation ahead of us. We are quite confident that NAPP 2003 Conference will be held in city of Dubrovnik as scheduled. However, to make it easier for all conference participants, especially for the scientists who have to make transatlantic flights we have extended an early registration deadline until 1st of March. Furthermore, we will also start to accept your personal cheques as well; and both Master Cards and cheques WILL  NOT BE CASHED BEFORE 25th OF APRIL. Until that time you can withdraw your registration and be fully refunded if objective reason arise (disruption in civil aviation, government decision preventing it citizens traveling abroad and such). For all other personal reasons rules above still apply.
            We hope that this decision will make easier for all of us and we would also like to ask you that we proceed with preparation of this important Conference in usual and timely manner. If you have any other concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.
